Entre los<br \/>\nfactores que generan estr\u00e9s est\u00e1n: la preocupaci\u00f3n que surge cuando la mente se<br \/>\nobsesiona con pensamientos negativos sobre resultados inciertos o situaciones que<br \/>\npueden salir mal.<br \/>\nEs importante tener en cuenta que el 91.4% de las preocupaciones no ocurren, pero el<br \/>\nhecho de preocuparnos frecuentemente lleva al organismo a expperimentar estr\u00e9s como<br \/>\ncomo si la situaci\u00f3n hubi\u00e9ra sucedido.<br \/>\nPor lo tanto, el estr\u00e9s es el resultado de las respuestas f\u00edsicas y mentales generadas por no<br \/>\npoder abordar apropiadamente los est\u00edmulos o retos del entorno.<br \/>\nAs\u00ed mismo, la ansiedad que involucra la experiencia emocional subjetiva respecto a la<br \/>\nincertidumbre de lo que pueda suceder en el futuro, tambien impacta la salud mental,<br \/>\nemocional y f\u00edsica de las personas.<br \/>\nEn general podemos decir que el estr\u00e9s es el resultado de vivir la vida en piloto<br \/>\nautom\u00e1tico, lo cual lleva a la gente a actuar de manera reactiva y a estar desconectada<br \/>\ndel Ser espiritual que somos.<br \/>\nPor lo anterior, como estrategia para aprender a manejar el estr\u00e9s, es decir para<br \/>\ntransformar la Tensi\u00f3n por la Atenci\u00f3n, se plantea la meditaci\u00f3n como la herramienta que<br \/>\nle permite al Ser humano desarrollar el poder de auto control, con el fin de poder abordar<br \/>\nde manera acertiva los retos que tenemos que enfrentar en la vida, entendiendo que los<br \/>\nretos son oportunidades para aprender y reconocer realmente quienes somos.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M\u00f3dulo 5: Beneficios de transformar la TENSI\u00d3N en ATENCI\u00d3N &nbsp;
