Es tambi\u00e9n una buena fuente de magnesio, cobre, zinc y vitamina B1<\/p>\n<p>Es muy versatil.<\/p>\n<p>Aprenda su f\u00e1cil preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>Pasos:<\/p>\n<p>1- Se lava el frijol y se pone en remojo minimo 8 horas<\/p>\n<p>2- Se escurre y se muele o se lic\u00faa<\/p>\n<p>3- Se pone en agua caliente ( por cada libra de frijol 4 litros de agua)<\/p>\n<p>4- Se separa la leche del afrecho<\/p>\n<p>5- Se pone a hervir la leche por 20 minutos<\/p>\n<p>6- Por cada libra de frijol, se disuelve una cucharada de sulfato de magnesio, en una taza de agua caliente.<\/p>\n<p>7- A la leche hirviendo se agrega esta solucion y se deja hervir por 4 minutos<\/p>\n<p>8- Colocar el queso caliente en la bolsa de lienzo y se le coloca peso encima por minimo 3 horas.<\/p>\n<p>9- Sacamos el queso de la bolsa ya prensado y lo ponemos en recipiente con agua<\/p>\n<p>10- Cambiamos esta agua todos los dias.<\/p>\n<p>Que hacer con el afrecho? Para aprovechar el efrecho primero que todo lo debes cocinar.\u00a0 Por una taza de afrecho, dos tazas de agua. deja hervir por 10&#8242;.\u00a0 Escurre si sobr\u00f3 agua.<\/p>\n<p>Recetas para utilizar el afrecho:<\/p>\n<p>1- Arepas: mezcle en igual proporci\u00f3n de afecho y harina de maiz pecocida. Agregue sal y aceite, amase y arme las arepas. Ponga a asar en sarten caliente, barnizado con aceite.<\/p>\n<p>2- Pericos: Prepare un guiso a su gusto y agregue el afrecho, mezcle. Mejore el sabor agregando, berros, perejil , hojas de apio picadas o cilantro.<\/p>\n<p>3- Torta de verduras. 1 taza de afrecho, 2 tazas de ahrina, media taza de aceite, media zanahoria rallada, 3 hojas de acelga finamente picada, 1 cucharada de polvo de hornear, 1 taza de agua, or\u00e9gano tomillo, laurel, sal y pimienta al gusto. Preparaci\u00f3n: saltear las verduras con las hierbas, sal y pimienta, Mezclar con el afrecho, la harina y el aceite, y agregar el agua hasta lograr consistencia de torta. Lleva al horno a 200 grados durante 45&#8242;.<\/p>\n<p>Recetas con Tofu.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/brahmakumaris.org.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Diapositiva1-1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4869\" src=\"http:\/\/brahmakumaris.org.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Diapositiva1-1-300x201.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"201\" srcset=\"https:\/\/brahmakumaris.org.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Diapositiva1-1-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/brahmakumaris.org.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Diapositiva1-1-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/brahmakumaris.org.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Diapositiva1-1-272x182.jpg 272w, https:\/\/brahmakumaris.org.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Diapositiva1-1.jpg 564w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Tofu a la Cazuela\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por: Luc\u00eda Muriel<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredientes para 4 porciones<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">500 gramos de tofu<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4 Tomates<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 Piment\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd libra de harina<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sal, pimienta<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laurel, tomillo<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aceite<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cortar el tofu en trocitos, ba\u00f1arlo con un poco de aceite.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pasarlos por harina sazonada con sal y pimienta.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fre\u00edr en aceite, sacarlos cuando est\u00e9n dorados y colocarlos sobre un papel absorbente.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparar una salsa, primero fre\u00edr el piment\u00f3n, despu\u00e9s agregar el tomate, dejar que se espese, sazonar, al final agregar el laurel y el tomillo.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Colocar la salsa sobre el tofu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Empanadas De Tofu y Quinua<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por: Bknet<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes para la masa para 12 unidades<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">300 gramos de harina integral de trigo<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150 gramos de agua fr\u00eda<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">120 cent\u00edmetros c\u00fabicos de aceite de girasol<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 gramos de sal marina<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes para el relleno para 12 unidades<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">250 grs. de zanahoria rallada<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">250 grs. de ma\u00edz dulce<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">200 grs. de tofu (queso de soja) cortado en cubitos<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">150 grs. de quinua<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd cucharadita de sal<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd cucharadita de pimienta blanca o negra molida al gusto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salsa de soja, cantidad necesaria<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laurel en polvo<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En un recipiente colocar la harina de trigo junto con la sal, el aceite y el agua. Mezclar \u00a0y amasar hasta tener una masa suave. Dejar reposar en la nevera (heladera) por 20 minutos m\u00ednimo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En un recipiente aparte poner a marinar los trocitos de tofu con la salsa soja y el laurel en polvo, no olvidar remover de vez en cuando para que todo el tofu se impregne de la soja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lavar muy bien la quinua y cocerla por 15 minutos. Cocer el ma\u00edz al vapor hasta que est\u00e9 tierno, dejar enfriar y desgranarlo. Rallar la zanahoria y mezclar estos ingredientes, salpimentar a gusto.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Retirar la masa de la nevera (heladera) y formar 12 bollitos del mismo tama\u00f1o, estirarlos en forma de disco con el palo de amasar (rodillo). Colocar una cucharada del relleno en el centro de cada uno, humedecer los bordes de la masa y unirlos fuertemente.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Llevar al horno con calor fuerte, por 20 minutos aproximadamente, estar\u00e1n listas cuando la masa est\u00e9 dorada.
