Es muy importante reconocer el funcionamiento que tenemos en nuestro propio ser. Comprender cu\u00e1l es nuestro funcionamiento emocional, c\u00f3mo es que hemos aprendido a reaccionar y vivir emocionalmente, porque esto es la base para poder manejar las cosas.<\/p>\n<p>El mundo de nuestras emociones ha sido un mundo bastante conflictivo. Siempre hemos creado emociones, la emoci\u00f3n es algo natural. Las emociones m\u00e1s positivas que pueden haber son:\u00a0 la alegr\u00eda, el amor, la paz, etc. Dichas emociones emergen del coraz\u00f3n, de lo m\u00e1s interno que tenemos, de la mente. La tranquilidad de la Paz, emerge del alma, del yo interior.<\/p>\n<p>Las emociones salen de lo profundo de nuestro ser, de nuestra alma, de nuestro coraz\u00f3n, de nuestra mente, de nuestro interior. Por lo tanto, es normal tener emociones, es positivo tener emociones. Sin embargo el problema que tenemos con nuestras emociones es que a veces no son muy positivas. Y cabe preguntarse \u00bfde d\u00f3nde vienen las emociones que no son positivas?.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Cuando uno siente emociones positivas uno est\u00e1 satisfecho, ya no busca otra cosa, mientras que cuando uno siente emociones negativas uno busca otra cosa. Esta es la prueba interna de que una es natural y la otra no. \u00bfEs natural tener sed y tomar algo para saciarla? Y ya una vez que uno est\u00e1 satisfecho es natural dejar de tomar.<\/p>\n<p>Hay cosas que son ef\u00edmeras y hay cosas que son eternas. Las emociones m\u00e1s naturales son las m\u00e1s sanas y son positivas, por eso todos las buscamos. Las negativas son las m\u00e1s desagradables y son las que menos buscamos.<\/p>\n<p>Lo que es negativo ha sido adquirido a lo largo de las experiencias de vida. Lo que es positivo es innato.
