Esto requiere que cree una quietud en mi interior, alejando lo m\u00e1ximo posible los condicionamientos de mi personalidad, de m\u00ed mismo y de mi forma de pensar, de modo que no interprete el nuevo conocimiento seg\u00fan viejos patrones.<br \/>\nEscuchar es crear ese espacio respetuoso entre los dem\u00e1s y yo, espacio que facilita una comprensi\u00f3n real, la creaci\u00f3n de un v\u00ednculo de empat\u00eda: una calma atenta y una obertura que enfoca la mente para que la realidad pueda ser captada.<br \/>\nEscuchar es el primer paso para comunicar y armonizar con todo el mundo.
